Pyrography
At the start of 2021 I taught myself pyrography, quickly fell in love with it, and then proceeded to go on an 8 month long artistic bender. These pieces are the result of that hyperfixation.
I use a Walnut Hollow Creative Woodburner to create the pyrography portion of my work and either watercolor or acryllic as my paint. The wooden rounds that I typically use are either Basswood or Birch.
